As a guest of the Villa, you will have access to the Bloomington Country Club, with all the benefits of a Private Membership including access to the Swimming Pool and Hot Tub - Pool hours are: MON-FRI: 9am - 9pm; SAT-SUN: 8am-9pm. You may also enjoy the clubhouse, restaurant and bar. Amazing Golf and tennis are pay as you play, There are free pickleball courts open to the public across the street available on a first come first served basis. 2 sofa sleepers. Check in instructions are sent the night before day of arrival on the AirBnB platform. We respect your privacy and are here if you need us. Guest services are open from 8 am to 8 pm. . Enjoy your stay :) Bloomington Villas Resort BLOOMINGTON COUNTRY CLUB * Pool and Hot Tub Entry Requirements * • Only registered guests may enter and use the pool and hot tub. • Each guest, including children, is required to present the POOL PASS paddle to the Pool Check In Gate attendant. • Each guest, including children, is required to present a pool towel to the Pool Check In Gate attendant with the Vacation Resort Solutions logo imprinted on the towel. • Each guest is required to return the pool towel and POOL PASS paddle to the designated area in the Villa rented. Lost, stolen or misplaced paddles and/or towels are subject to a $200 replacement fee for paddles and $50 for towels. • Pool Towels and pool paddles are located in the laundry room on the upper cupboard shelf. No torn, ripped, soiled, or clothing with holes. No swimwear attire. No metal spiked golf shoes. RESERVATIONS FOR DINING AT THE RESTAURANT ARE REQUIRED. TEE TIMES ARE REQUIRED FOR GOLF.
