Additionally, the complex is beautiful -- even as the home owner I have to say I am sometimes surprised at the level of care and cleanliness maintained by the management company. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit and the amenities of the complex, including garage parking, gym, pool, and so forth. Other things to note I want this home to be kept at the highest level of quality, so if something breaks or it looks like it is wearing out, please let me know.
