Our place is right on the beach, the very best location in a small community of exclusive villas spaced out in sub-tropical gardens. The property is very well-appointed with everything you need, situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with an abundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions. Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive. The space The property is set in a gated community of well spaced villas in well maintained gardens. The property style is relaxed Bahamian outside with modern amenities and furnishings inside. The property has a full length deck looking straight out onto the beautiful sandy beach and turquoise blue water. Guest access Guests have direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Additionally there is a swimming pool and tennis court just for use of the villas and their guests. Both these are rarely in use. Other things to note Grocery pre-stocking service offered for $30 fee. Dinner chef service available for $130 plus cost of ingredients. Pre-cooked food items available to order, for guests to serv themselves, menus and prices on request. Fees paid locally in cash USD.
