The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living area with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with large shower. In addition, it has amenities such as air conditioning with heat pump, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped and complete with an oven, fridge, freezer and induction hob. Check-in/check-out times can be flexible, by prior arrangement, based on availability for the period. Access is also keyless, with a numeric keypad at the entrance. Other things to note The rate includes the stay, cleaning fee, utilities and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival. For longer stays, linens and towels are available upon request for a small weekly fee. Pets are generally not allowed, please contact us for special needs. We are open several months a year, including for short stays. We apply strong discounts on weekly and monthly stays.
