Nestled in between Lake Lytle and the Pacific, this bright and airy cabin was historically the last house on the edge of Rockaway's city limits, inspiring its name, The Lakeside Caboose. The home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms downstairs (King, King w/bunk beds, and a Queen) with two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find an inviting open space with amazing views of the lake to the east and the ocean to the west. The kitchen and living room are also located on the second floor, with a half bath tucked off to the side. The cabin was completely remodeled in 2019 but still retains some vintage charm with a 1950's era stove in the farmhouse-inspired kitchen. We have binoculars available for whale watching, or you might even spot the resident Bald Eagles that nest on the far side of the lake. While staying in Rockaway Beach, be sure to get out and explore the shops and restaurants located right off of Highway 101. You'll be able to find the perfect souvenir for friends and family back home. You can also explore the beach or go fishing in the lake, so bring your fishing gear! Travel north into Seaside, and explore the beautiful boardwalk, or travel south into Tillamook for a tour of the factory where they produce delicious dairy and beef products. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. No Pets permitted in or on the property Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
