It is not just a vacation home, but a large apartment with all the comforts. We are 25 km from Cortina and 18 km from Auronzo, with all their attractions. The Dolomites cycle path passes under the house, which reaches Cortina and Dobbiaco. 300 meters from the center of Pieve di Cadore, with its shops, Titian's birthplace, Roccolo Park, Santa's house and the belvedere on the lake. The ideal place for a vacation surrounded by nature, suitable for families and mountain lovers. The space Ground-floor apartment of 170 square meters, with anti-breakthrough doors and windows and railings. Living area: large corridor, with second entrance door. Living room with armchairs and sofa, 55" 4K HDR SmartTV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney channel, WiFi with 100 mps fiber. Spacious dining room, with table, bench, chairs and furniture in Cadore style, communicating with the living room, from which it is separated by a Stube. The kitchen is large but not habitable, we have privileged the practicality and availability of services and appliances: you will find, in addition to the classic gas kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, wide availability of dishes, coffee machine with pods and much more to cook as if you were at home. Sleeping area and services: a very large bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, served by a nice private bathroom accessible directly from the room. A second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. A third bedroom with a sofa bed, equipped with a 40" LED TV. All rooms are equipped with slatted beds and new memory mattresses, the sofa bed is also new and very comfortable. There is a wide range of blankets and pillows for all tastes and needs, and plenty of space to store your belongings. The apartment is completed by two additional bathrooms: one complete, with a very large bathtub and shower. The second bathroom is equipped only with a shower and sink (no toilet) and houses the washing machine, drying rack, and ironing board. There is also a cellar-storage room to store ski and mountain boots and everything you do not need to keep at hand (agree at the time of check-in, we normally leave it closed). Outside there is a large terrace with a smoking lounge and a comfortable wooden bench. The lawn surrounding the house is fully accessible. Guest access Around the house there is a beautiful lawn where you can relax, play and sunbathe. Parking is under the walnut tree, ten meters from the front door, all on the same level. Other things to note We have included smoking and access to animals in the house rules. For smoking: there is an equipped outdoor area. We will be very grateful if you avoid smoking in the house, and we ask you not to do it at all in the bedrooms. Ashtrays are available, and all windows are equipped with Vasis openings, to make it easier to change the air. For your four-legged friends: simply try to manage them as if you were in your home. If you need anything, ask and it will be provided to you, as far as possible. This is a house that is "lived in", so from our point of view we hope nothing is missing.
