Enjoy a day of world class skiing steps from three major ski lifts, take lunch or a break in the middle of the day – all without the need to drive, fight traffic, compete for parking and hike with your gear. In the Village, there are dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, day spa for massages and yoga studio, general services and shops all within a minute’s walk. To help jumpstart your mornings, Starbucks is located directly downstairs and accessible without leaving the building. The well-appointed approx. 900 sq. ft. 3rd floor two bedroom condo is an ideal fit for couples or groups of up to 4 people. It receives wonderful sunshine and has partial mountain-top and plaza views. Great for 4th of July Fireworks and plaza entertainment. The full size kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four burner range with oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and bakeware set. Tall ski lockers are included for your convenient storage of ski/snowboard equipment. Coin operated (bring quarters) washer and dryers are located in the building. Hot-Tub, sauna and fitness area within building. Covered and heated unassigned parking spot, direct elevator access to unit. All facilities in Village are accessible to renters. I'm easily reachable if any questions arise Fantastic Location! You can walk everywhere in the Village and there is a shuttle to the Resort and Alpine Meadows. Rental includes 1 parking pass for the underground garage directly below the condo. Best food-- can blow your mind and wallet--is Graham's across the parking lot. Next in line is Plumpjack. The dining room is great and fun to eat at the bar too. They serve an awesome breakfast buffet--homemade granola. You don't have to be a guest to go. Good restaurants at the Resort at Squaw Creek. 22 Bistro has excellent food. Rocker is next best bet. Dubliner has decent bar food and is fun. Fireside pizza is good. Their Pear-Gorgonzola pizza/salad is great. Chamois is the place to be for Apres ski. Outdoors or indoors. Plaza bar is fun and Dave's Deli is a good lunch break spot while skiing. On upper mountain the Gold Coast lodge and the food at the top of the tram works fine. There's a new coffee shop at the entrance to the Village, I like it! The wine bar is good and the market has basic supplies. Good restaurants in Truckee and Tahoe City--Christy Hill is awesome!, and River Ranch is good, but no real need to leave the Village.
