You'll come to Bretton Woods for all the attractions and the activities has to offer but you may not want to leave the house once you arrive! The house is stunning and the owners have gone to great lengths to make it feel comfortable and luxurious, with touches such as high quality bedding and heated floors on the main level. But, if you do want to venture out the famous Mount Washington Hotel is only a 5 minute walk away and Bretton Woods Ski Area is a short 2 minute drive. As you enter the home, you will be taken away by the huge window overlooking the unparalleled view - the same view that has made the Mount Washington Hotel next door so popular. On this level, you will find the huge chef kitchen with high end appliances, spacious living room with separate bar area (including a wine cooler), beautiful stone fireplace (wood burning), and a stunning dining room bathed in light and featuring beautiful rustic furniture. Laundry area, garage and a half bath are also on this level. Head downstairs to find 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with a twin over twin and a twin over full bunk), a bathroom, and a convertible pool table and ping pong table, plus a secondary living area with TV and a gas fireplace. An event is any period of time that guests not included in the guest count are at the property. -At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others. -Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously. -No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation. -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations. -No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations. -No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit. -We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not.
