There is also a desk nook downstairs off the hallway that is the perfect place to set up your laptop should you need to get work done during your stay. Enjoy patio furniture on our front porch, perfect for reading a book with your cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a fun day of exploring the city! The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done. -Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet. we kindly ask that you please keep your furry friends off the furniture :) -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
