Stone's Throw Apartment is a lovely modern and contemporary self contained detached apartment just 500m walk to Crooklets Beach in Bude, Cornwall. Designed and built by ourselves, it's frequently been referred to as 'a hidden gem' by guests who love staying here. If you've ever dreamt of getting away from it all or living by the sea we hope we can give you a taste of just how good it can be! The space Stone's Throw Apartment is just a short walk (500m) to the beach and town centre with some incredible walks and views and some great places to eat and drink. The self contained apartment, with its own access and parking has a south facing open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with sofa bed and smart tv. There is a breakfast bar and table. Patio doors open out onto a private and enclosed decking area for relaxing outside. A super comfy king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in rain water shower will ensure you have a great night's sleep and wake up feeling invigorated and ready for a surf, long walk or amble around the little town full of independant shops. Have lots of fun in the sea with free use of our Bellyboards made by local craftsman and friend. Available all year round, underfloor heating keeps the apartment cosy in winter, tiled floors throughout keep it cool in the summer. We are happy to invite one well behaved dog over the age of 1 year to stay and even provide a few doggy treats, just let us know who you will be bringing and what type of pooch he or she is when you book. We do ask for £20 for minimum 2 night stay to cover extra cleaning. Wifi throughout. Guest access Stone's Throw Apartment is all yours for the duration of your stay with its own private secure parking and entrance. Please note the parking space is suitable for a small/medium sized car, a larger vehicle can be accommodated with the gates left open. Unfortunately the back access lane does have pot holes, which get regularly filled, but may not always be suitable for low slung cars. If you do not wish to use the lane there is free on street parking available a minutes walk away. There is an enclosed garden with decking, chairs and a table so you can relax and unwind from the moment you arrive. You can even hear the sea! Other things to note If you have questions about your stay please do not hesitate to contact me.
