Powder Ridge Unit 12B is The Grand Traverse Retreat! Located within 2 miles of two world-famous ski resorts, this 3 bedroom w/loft condo offers 2,500 sq ft of living space, ski-in/out to Alta by way of a Cat Track, and a return via the Westward Ho Black Diamond Run for experts. With plenty of space, your group of up to 10 people can enjoy complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird, a large primary bedroom with sitting area, and a private outdoor hot tub! Other things to note SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO ALTA Nestled against the south side of Little Cottonwood Canyon these condos are ski-in/ski-out to Alta Ski Area, via a cat track (you will need to walk over to the cat track) and black diamond trails (follow the Blackjack/Snowbird trail signs) for the return trip. SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD The shuttle stop is located at the beginning of the driveway for the Powder Ridge Complex. There is a complimentary shuttle to Alta and Snowbird during the day from the last week of December through the first week of April on an approximate 20-minute loop GARAGE DIMENSIONS: 8'10" Wide x 7'5" Tall x 19'7" Long INTERLODGE Interlodge is a restriction on outdoor travel and activity ordered by the Alta Town Marshall. The Marshal's office, and/or Snowbird Safety, may require, at any time, that guests stay indoors until avalanche control and road danger is mitigated. Sometimes it involves the whole Alta/Snowbird area and sometimes just certain sections in the canyon. The Alta Town Marshall and Snowbird Safety work hard to keep everyone in the area safe with little disruption to outdoor recreation. We work with our guests during interlodge to ensure everyone is taken care of. Please know that these events are beyond our control in our winter playground. Usually avalanche work commences in the early morning hours and is completed by about 9 AM - but there are occasions when interlodge can be put into effect during the day and guests can be housebound for longer periods of time
