I also provide 2 blow up mattresses for the guests who like to have additional people in their party. I allow 8. However, keep in mind, the house is only about 1200 sq. feet. This private retreat is less than 20 miles to Loretta Lynn's Ranch and the Tennessee River. Be sure to visit the Plantation House at Loretta’s ranch and hear about the ghosts that reside there. Johnsonville State Historic Park boasts an amazing visitor’s center where you can learn about the Civil War battle that took place there, and hike along the Tennessee River. Then enjoy dinner at the Grey Heron (at Pebble Isle Marina) while you experience the sunset and the quiet lapping water. This is a manufactured home on permanent foundation sitting on 5.5 acres. There is plenty of parking available for boats and other trailers. Overlooking the woods, the back deck has a fire pit (for use with Duraflame logs - first one provided) and propane grill. For my four-legged guests, the small front yard is fenced. Fully furnished 3/2 including washer/dryer. Fiber Wi-fi and w/3 flat-screen TVs with Roku for streaming your own subscriptions. The house is also equipped with a Culligan water system. My guests have shared that they like that I live on the property, but away from the house. Guest access Full house, deck, and yard are available for use. There is also a walking trail mowed around the 5.5 acres. Other things to note BUSINESS TRAVELERS: There is pick up and drop off laundry service available. Business services such as a printer or other supplies are available - just ask. This location is about 20 minutes to major corporations such as Chemours, Matheson Gas, Scepter, OxyChem, as well as others. The house is about 20 minutes from Dickson as well.
