There are many things to do in and around the place such as games, sun bathing, grilling, relaxing, etc. Also here is a privacy fenced in backyard with deck, gas grill, fire pit, and corn toss. Relax on the front porch and watch the happy tourists. *Please note*: This place is NOT set up for wheelchairs and walking assistance. The bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms are on the 2nd floor Inside are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and appliances including a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, and more. Just bring your food, clothing, and any special needs you may have. We provide soap, shampoo, bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, and just about everything else. However, some guests prefer to bring their own stuff. Washer & dryer available free. Free wireless WiFi for your personal usage and with Streaming many free movies and tv channels for your viewing pleasure. DVD, CD and tape stereo, In and around the village are many things to do such as: Beach with Life Guards, Uncle Sam Boat Tours, boat rentals, events, shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, wineries / tasting, and marina's. Also walk, bike or drive across the 1000 Island Bridge onto Wellesley Island and/or into Canada. Hop in your car or boat and within a short drive enjoy the local attractions inside and outside of Alexandria Bay. Clayton, Cape Vincent, Sackets Harbor and Canada are all a short drive away. Enjoy fishing on your boat or a private fishing charter. Boldt Castle, Singer Castle, Boat Tours, Wellesley Island Nature Center, antiquing, golfing, mini golf, river diving, white water rafting, the local zoo, hiking, drive in movie theater, boat rentals, local gift shops, restaurants, and bars. Also, in the area are several places that rent all styles of boats including kayaks, canoes, jet skis, pontoon boats, runabouts, and bicycles. NOTE: We supply soap, shampoo, towels, bedding, blankets, and pillows to sleep 6 (six), hair dryer, ironing board, and just about everything else you will need is here. OR bring your own. PARKING: 2 car drive way. Also on street. Documented Therapy / emotional / Service pets stay free. PETS: pets must be approved with a copy of their current health and rabies record from the Vet. Guest access we will contact you prior to your arrival with the code to the front door. Other things to note Simply treat the place as if it were your own keeping it neat and tidy and leaving it neat, tidy, and cleaned when you leave. PARKING: 2 car drive way. PETS: Based on property insurance rules: the following dog breeds / mixes are NOT allowed on this rental property: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky and Husky mixes, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Mixes, Great Danes, St Bernards. Any and all other pets must be approved.
