The Rustic Retreat is a newly constructed barn decorated with primitive and antique furniture and decor, which adds to the serenity and simplicity of the space. Amenities include 6-person jetted hot tub, WiFi, three flat screen TVs, dart board, board games, gas stove, Keurig, coffee maker, gas fireplace, heating/air units upstairs and downstairs, two downstairs bathrooms, outdoor living space with gas fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grills, gas grill and access to lots of farm animals. The space Simple, yet cozy and serene, the roomy retreat is over 2500 sq ft and includes two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king bed. Enjoy a great nights rest on the high end mattresses and high thread count sheets. A sound machine is provided in each of the downstairs bedrooms. Two downstairs spacious bathrooms, one off of the kitchen with a claw foot tub/shower combo and stacked washer/dryer and the second is off of the master bedroom with a walk in shower and double sink vanity, are each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as luxury towels. Washing machine detergent & dryer sheets are also available for your use during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with paper towels, basic cooking supplies (spices, oils, sugar, etc), and lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc for easy cooking both indoors and out. A drip coffee maker with filters and coffee as well as Keurig and pods are available for you during your stay. The stairway with railing leads upstairs to a large common area with board games, Pac Man arcade game, dart board, flat screen tv, and lots more. Two cozy bedrooms overlooking the back pasture have a twin bed in each, one with a pop up trundle bed. We are kid friendly, but not “kid proof.” There are stairs, sharp edges, cords, and small items that could be hazardous for little ones. We recommend ages 6 and up as appropriate kid ages for our space. Guest access The entire barn area is included with the rental. Blueberry fields (in season June and July) are located directly in front on the barn and animals (including highland cows, donkey, goats, pigs, alpacas, chickens and peacocks) are located directly behind the barn. Other things to note O5 Farms has lots of visitors in June and July when berries are in season. Enjoy picking your own blueberries as you experience farm life and get to know the animals on the farm. Pets may be allowed but must be preapproved. No Occupancy over 6. Dishes must be hand washed, as there is no dishwasher. Once checked in, you will be able to use the automatic gate opener for easy access in and out of the gated entry way.
