Our spacious apartment with exposed brick has a true big city feel surrounded by small-town charm. It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is centrally located in Cookeville’s Historic Westside District. It’s within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, the train depot as well as many local dining and shopping hot spots. The space Built in 1927, the apartment is a comfortable fusion of historic charm with an urban vibe. With exposed brick, stylish lighting, hardwood floors, and modern, comfortable decor, the space has a cool, relaxed feel. The living area features a massive sectional surrounding a 60 inch flatscreen, and a separate sitting area beside the brick fireplace. The full-service kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite countertops, aside an eight-top dining bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed, smart tv and full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed with a ladder leading to a small loft area with two additional full-size mattresses. This bedroom is adjacent to another full bathroom. Out back, guests enjoy a fenced patio area with cozy furniture perfect for relaxing. PLEASE NOTE: •••We do not rent the space for parties. Preapproval is required for any type of gathering. ••• Parties larger than 4 will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee. Parties larger than 6 will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, laundry, back patio and parking. Other things to note Within blocks is the town square, Dogwood Park, Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Cookeville Performing Arts Center. Late checkouts are sometimes available for an additional fee upon request.
