Cute "Treehouse" Apartment

Quiet and cozy garage apartment in historical district of Bartow, FL. This sleepy southern town is half way between Orlando (Disney World is 45 minutes) and Tampa (Bush Gardens is 45 minutes). Plus just 1 1/2 hour from either beach coast. The apartment has a full kitchen, brand new daybed w/pop-up trundle, new bathroom with walk in shower, and 32" flat screen cable TV, plus free internet. Out side seating and grill available. Private entrance and private parking. Very safe neighborhood. The space The "tree house" apartment was nicked named that by a friend who stayed with me, she said she felt like that because there are large oak trees surrounding our house and the apartment sits up in the trees. Guest access You have private access to apartment with private parking. Guest are welcome to use gas grill on patio. Other things to note I have a large friendly dog. He only barks if someone is intruding. Dogs are the best alarm system yet!
