Villa Silberberg is a brand new luxury vacation home in Winterberg-Silbach. With a large terrace and luxurious furnishings, it provides every comfort.​ The prices shown include bedding, gas-water-electricity, sauna use. The cost of the towel package (optional €7.50 p.p.). These costs will be agreed separately and charged according to use during check-out. The space The ground floor Upon entering the ground floor, on the side of the villa, you will enter a long hallway where there is space to store your jackets and (walking) shoes. The man cave has a pool table, TV, a bar and French doors overlooking the village. Adjacent is a first bedroom with two separate box springs. At the end of the hall is a walk-in shower that you can use before and/or after a wonderful sauna visit. The sauna is also located on the ground floor. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine and dryer and an extra sink for cleaning purposes. The first floor. The stairs lead to the first floor in the central hall with a second main entrance at the back of the house, the toilet and a storage room. To the left of the staircase, you will find the access to the kitchen and living room. The four high windows give a spatial effect, bring a lot of light and emphasize the great panorama over Silbach. Through the French doors you come to the roof terrace with a size of 40m2. From a seating area, you can enjoy the beautiful view. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a solid oak table with 4 comfortable dining chairs, two benches and a high chair. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, one of which has a reading lamp. Next to the 1st floor, there is a children's playground outside with a slide and a seesaw and is equipped with rubber tiles. The L-shaped open kitchen has a large refrigerator, a combination oven, induction hob, dishwasher and built-in space for garbage. Even from the kitchen you have a view of the hills of Sauerland. The second floor Villa Silberberg has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double box spring. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower floor and has two separate box springs. The other three bedrooms and bathroom are located on the third floor. The bathroom has a double sink with electric faucets, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The bathroom overlooks the orchard and the picking garden. General info Parking is available on private property, there is space for 4 cars. Pets and smoking are not allowed, making Villa Silberberg an allergy-friendly house. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house except 3 small areas: under the stairs, the technical room and the cleaning closet. This is closed and used for the host's private purposes. Other things to note Be considerate of the surroundings. It is therefore not permitted to use the house for parties, celebrations and similar events. Check-in is for guests on their own, the house has a key safe with code. The code is set specifically for the guests and shared a few days before arrival and with the main tenant.
