It has three double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath, a large living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. The dining and kitchen area is separated from the sleeping area by a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of the island. Outside there is a nice private pool, a large furnished terrace with porch, covered barbecue and parking area. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has two air conditioning machines, one in the sleeping area and another in the kitchen and dining area. These two devices can heat or refresh the rooms depending on the needs. - Electric consumption: 0.40 €/kWh (mandatory) - Groups 30 and under cannot reserve the property.
