The upper floor hosts the main living area, modern kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with A/C and en-suite bathrooms. The space Step into your private outdoor sanctuary, a space designed for ultimate relaxation and leisure. The sun-drenched terrace is perfect for a lazy afternoon, leading to a refreshing private swimming pool where you can cool off with a dip. As the sun begins to set, gather at the charming outdoor dining area with a BBQ to enjoy an al fresco meal. The entire space is your personal, peaceful retreat, enveloped by a lush Mediterranean garden filled with fragrant palm and fruit trees. Inside, the villa's top floor has been thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting living space. A large, inviting lounge area with satellite TV and a DVD player welcomes you, flowing seamlessly into a dedicated dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. After a day of exploring, retreat to one of the two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, or a cozy twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
