Welcome to your home away from home in paradise! A 190m2 beach penthouse, 10 meters from the beach, 30 meters from the sea, with 2 rooftopbars, 2 outdoor kitchens and an outdoor surfboard shower. This loft has the most spectacular 180 degrees ocean view in Cape Verde! From the spacious and bright balcony, overgrown with beautiful bougainvillea, you will enjoy your privacy, overlooking the wind-, wing-, and kite surfers, with the lively center of Santa Maria just around the corner. The space First of all, we can arrange your transfer with our own driver, ILdo, who has the most beautiful smile on the island :) The airport transfer costs €20 one way for up to 5 people (€25 after 8:00 PM). Late check-in is no problem, as ILdo has your keys with him. Our wonderful loft is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach, but just a two-minute walk from the bustling city center. Our beach house consists of two 95 m2 apartments: the Beach house and the Surf house with 12 sleeps total + 2 child cots. The Beach and Surf house can be connected to each other. There are 4 bedrooms with airco and two living rooms also with airco, one with a bunk bed and the other one with a comfortable sofa (bed). They also can be booked separately: Beach House Cabo Verde If you want to surf, kite, dive, sup or just sit with a drink in the sun, all facilities can be seen from the balcony with 180 degrees ocean view. You can choose if you would like to sit in the sun are enjoy the coolness of the shade. There is also an outdoor shower. You will have lots of privacy as you will not have any neighbors. Beach House: The spacious living room is bright, modernly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (2p) and a oval diner table with 6 chairs and fully equipped for your comfort. There is a flat screen TV with a Free High-Speed Fiber Optic WiFi internet connection and air conditioning. There are 2 outdoor kitchens with a connected bar. One in the back with pool view and 4 bar stools and one in the front with 6 bar stools with an 180 degrees Atlantic ocean view. Both kitchens have a water filter, so you don't have to buy/carry bottled water during your holiday. With the wooden staircase you go up to the second floor. Here you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with a washing machine. Also the bedrooms have the same spectacular sea view as well as a view on the pool on the back. Surf House: this apartment has a nice view from the balcony with bar and outside kitchen +washing machine at our swimming pool located in the tropical garden, filled with palm trees and colorful flowers. This apartment is also located on the second floor, where you will enjoy your privacy. Both apartments have an outside kitchen with a bar. Beach house bar has 6 barstools with 180 degrees atlantic ocean view. Surf house bar has 4 barstools with pool view. The two apartments can be connected to each other if wanted.
