Welcome to your home away from home in paradise! A 190m2 beach penthouse, 10 meters from the beach, 30 meters from the sea, with 2 rooftopbars, 2 outdoor kitchens and an outdoor surfboard shower. From the spacious and bright balcony, overgrown with beautiful bougainvillea, you will enjoy your privacy, overlooking the wind-, wing-, and kite surfers, with the lively center of Santa Maria just around the corner. The space Our wonderful loft is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach, but just a two-minute walk from the bustling city center. Our beach house consists of two 95 m2 apartments (12 sleeps + 2 cots), which can be connected to each other. There are 4 bedrooms with airco and two living rooms also with airco, one with a bunk bed and the other one with a sofa. You can choose if you would like to sit in the sun are enjoy the coolness of the shade. There is also an outdoor shower. You will have lots of privacy as you will not have any neighbors. The spacious living room is bright, modernly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. There is a flat screen TV with a Free High-Speed Fiber Optic WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and a well-stocked open and light kitchen. With the wooden staircase you go up to the second floor. Here you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with a washing machine. Also the bedrooms have the same spectacular sea view as well as a view on the pool on the back. The pool house has a nice view from the balcony with bar and outside kitchen +washing machine at our swimming pool located in the tropical garden, filled with palm trees and colorful flowers. This apartment is also located on the second floor, where you will enjoy your privacy. The two apartments can be connected to each other if wanted.
