The space The detached house is just a minute's walk from the town's main square. After the entrance, a flight of stairs leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms (both equipped with air conditioning), the living area, and the bathrooms are located. LIVING AREA The living room with an antique terracotta floor is equipped with a cozy sofa that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary. FIRST BEDROOM The room is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. From the bedroom window, you can see the Val di Chiana in the distance. SECOND BEDROOM The room has modern furniture with 2 armchairs and a double bed. The exposed ceiling beams make the room cozy and relaxing. The room has a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite TV programs and an adjacent room used as a wardrobe. KITCHEN The kitchen with kitchenette is equipped with an oven, fridge and freezer. It is also fully equipped with a coffee machine with pods, a Moka, a kettle, pots, dishes, and cutlery. At the peninsula table, you can have lunch or dinner while sipping an excellent Tuscan wine. BATHROOM The bathroom, completely renovated in June 2020, has new toilets and a spacious shower. The presence of bath foam, shampoo and hair dryer will make you feel at home. GAMES ROOM On the ground floor there is an additional living room equipped with board games and companies ideal for entertaining adults and children. The room, which has a sofa and a pouf in addition to the table, is designed for fun and relaxation in the company of your family. GARAGE AND PARKING SPACE The house has an adjacent garage. The street where the entrance to the garage is located has a limited width as it is a street in the historic center, so it can only be used for small utility cars, motorcycles and bicycles. However, less than a 7-minute walk from the apartment there are free parking spaces suitable for cars of any size. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.
