The space The detached house, is just a minute walk from the main square of the village. After the entrance, a flight of stairs leads to the upper floor where there are the rooms, the living area and the services. LIVING room The living room with antique terracotta flooring has a cozy sofa that can be converted into a double bed if needed. FIRST bedroom The room is equipped with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. From the window of the room you can see in the distance the Val di Chiana. SECOND BEDROOM The room features modern furnishings with 2 armchairs and a double bed. The exposed beams of the ceiling make the room cozy and relaxing. The room features a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite TV shows and an adjacent wardrobe room. KITCHEN The kitchen with kitchenette is equipped with an oven, fridge and freezer. It is also fully equipped with coffee maker with pods, Moka, kettle, pots, crockery and cutlery. At the peninsula table you can have lunch or dinner while sipping an excellent Tuscan wine. BATHROOM The bathroom, completely renovated in June 2020, has new toilets and a spacious shower. The presence of body soap, shampoo and hairdryer will make you feel at HOME. On the ground floor there is an additional living room equipped with board games and societies ideal for entertaining adults and children. In addition to the table, the room also has a sofa and a pouf designed to have fun and relax in the company of your family. GARAGE and PARKING SPACE The house has an adjacent garage. The street where the entrance to the garage is located has a limited width as it is a street in the historic centre, so it can only be used for small utility cars, motorcycles and bicycles. However, there are free parking spaces for cars of any size within a 7-minute walk of the apartment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.
