The property has a brand new air-conditioning system installed in the living space and main bedroom. Also, Wi-fi has newly been installed at the property. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed overlooking the waterfront, while the second room has 2 x singles, and the third has a single bed and a trundle bed (suitable for a child). All three bedrooms offer balcony access with plantation shutters over doors. It is an ideal family holiday apartment offering a nice balcony for fresh cross-winds overlooking the complex pool and with filtered water views. An undercover parking is available for one vehicle. Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
