Lilla Lilo Gården - charming big cottage on Frösön

Welcome to our charming Lilla Lilo Gården: Right in the beautiful nature of Frösön and still close to Östersund! We think you will feel at home in this beautiful cottage, furnished with love and small welcoming details. You have your own driveway, walking distance to town: ca 3,5 km, public busses, ca 800 m to Frösö Zoo. You've got the whole house for yourself: ca 70 m² on 3 rooms (R1: Twins bed, R2: 2 single beds; living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC/shower/washing machine. The space The little Lilla Lilo Gården suites perfectly as starting point for journeys in Jämtland, or for visiting Östersund and the nearby surroundings. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated thoroughly in 2017 and a beautiful, new, oiled wooden floor asks for feet without shoes.... =) Considering other guests: Please do not smoke - and no animals. The house must be cleaned according to the cleaning-rules OR you can add the final cleaning for 800 SEK. Please bring your own sheets and towels. In case you need to rent them, this is possible, if communicated in advance, for a fee of 100 SEK/set. A set includes 3-parts bed linnen and two towels (1 big, 1 small). We ourselves live in the "big" house, close enough to be reachable, far enough, so that you really can enjoy being on your own.
