The building as a design based on a comfort concept. Fully equipped, it facilitates long-term stays. It is a triplex apartment, with a terrace and outdoor seating area on the rooftop for the exclusive use of the apartment, with three bedrooms each containing double beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Parking is available in nearby public parks or on the street where the apartment is located. See other information. The space The apartment is a triplex spread over approximately 155 square meters (140 meters in apartment and 15 meters of terrace for exclusive use of the apartment suite), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to reconcile three concepts that we aimed to achieve in this project: - Aesthetics; - Comfort; - Feeling of local belonging. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, dining room for eight people and separate kitchen, three double bedrooms, one en suite on the roof with individual terrace with sun loungers for two people and electric cover, two bathrooms (one of which is for exclusive use of the suite room). All floors with air conditioning, central heating and bathrooms with heated towel rails, each room with plasma/TV with internet connection. We also defined as a matrix for this STUPENDO space the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays. See pictures Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note - The terrace is for the exclusive use of the apartment. - Street parking: Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Parking is also free all day on weekends and holidays. - Paid parking near the apartments, available 24/7: Open parking: Parque da Praça do Chile (550 meters - 4-minute drive - 8-minute walk); Address: Rua António Pereira Carrilho, No. 2, 1000-047 Lisbon (Open 24 hours - Maximum height 1.90 meters) €13.50 per day; Closed parking: Parque da Alameda (700 meters - 5-minute drive - 8-minute walk) Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques, 1000-125 Lisbon (Open 24 hours - Maximum height 2.00 meters) €17.50 per day; - Parties are not permitted. - In the event of rain or if there is a high probability of rain, we ask that you exceptionally remove the decorative outdoor cushions and move the outdoor chairs under the cover of the terrace to minimize impact. - Overnight use of the apartment is subject to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The presence of additional guests overnight will incur an additional charge per guest, in accordance with the rules set forth on the Airbnb platform for the accommodation. - Smoking is not permitted. - Pets are not permitted. - Indoor furniture is not permitted on the patio. - Outdoor furniture is not permitted inside the property. - In rainy weather, please remove cushions from outdoor furniture to prevent damage. - In rainy weather, leave the awning extended to protect the outdoor furniture. - Failure to comply with any of the house rules will result in immediate termination of the accommodation contract, without any compensation.
