The space The ground floor apartment is 86sqm, a large and independent apartment with its own entrance to the courtyard, with a large living room with desk, library and dining room for 4-5 people, 2 bedrooms with built-in closets, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-person table, bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Two large balcony doors open to the garden, ensuring, along with the windows, plenty of light and ventilation in the apartment, which is in itself a modern house with all the amenities for a family or group of 4 people.
