Villa Fondo is located in a complex of three houses, just a 2-minute drive from the extensive Muchavista Beach in El Campello. The villa is situated in a very tranquil area, away from the crowded beach areas. In late 2019, we installed two air conditioning units in the two upstairs bedrooms and 2 AC units in the living room. The combination of modern and 20th-century architecture, with high and low ceilings, creates a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. The living room features several well-defined corners with areas for relaxation. From the living room, you have access to a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink on warm summer nights. Villa Fondo boasts 5 bedrooms, with 4 of them featuring en-suite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms with double beds each and one room with 2 single beds. The pool is large, with dimensions of 15m x 6m, and around it, you can find 5 sun loungers, as well as chairs and tables to enjoy a good snack. The house has internet access and parking for 5 cars.
