The island also features bicycle paths that run from the west end down to the ferry landing and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab on the east end. You’ll also want to visit the bird sanctuary and explore historic Fort Gaines. Lastly, there are kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats, and bicycles available for rent on the island, as well.
