It is perfect for hosting up to 6 guests. The apartment includes: A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, and a sofa bed with two joinable single beds Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and one with two single beds A full bathroom A balcony or garden with panoramic views A play area dedicated to children The apartment is cool and airy, and also equipped with free air conditioning for maximum comfort. A shared washing machine is available for guests within the residence. With its bright and spacious interiors, it is especially suitable for families. Please note: The residence is set on terraced hills with stairways and stepped paths. Access may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families with strollers. From there, you will receive all necessary directions to reach the apartment. If you are arriving by public transport, the apartment can be reached directly. Self check-in is also available and can be arranged according to your needs. Welcome Gift For each reservation made, we will be happy to offer you a credit of €30.00 to spend at I Love Charter for one of the following services: Rent a boat or dinghy with or without a boat license "Pontine Islands" Tour or "The Circeo Caves" Tour Alternatively, you will be entitled to two free tickets for the mini cruise “Grotta Azzurra Sperlonga” , upon purchase of at least one ticket. The cruise is available at 14:00 and 15:30. The date and time of the tour must be agreed directly with the company organizing the excursion, based on availability and weather conditions.
