Newly remodeled Rustic Townhome small dogs welcome

Newly remodeled Cabin decor townhouse. We do allow small pets under 25 LBS to come along there is a fee of $50.00 per pet/per stay. Any pets larger than 25LBS must be approved otherwise there will be a fee of $250.00 per pet. No Cats allowed. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Centrally located in the Galena Territories. Access to the Owners Club and just 10 minutes from downtown Galena. The space We have a gas fireplace in the living room and I supply the coffee and K cups. There is a fire pit in the backyard too! Just bring along your own firewood!! We kindly ask that you put the chairs on the gravel after each use. The landscapers will not cut the grass if the chairs are in their way. Guest access You will have full access to the whole townhouse. We have a 4 digit code to access the front door, no keys required. Access code will be given 2 days before arrival. WiFi is available. There is a magnet on the fridge with the WiFi info. Other things to note We do welcome pets under 25LBS for $50.00 per pet. Please contact me for approval if you would like to bring your pet that exceeds our weight limit with you prior to booking. Any pets that weigh over our weight limit brought into the home without approval will result in a $250 fine.
