The condo as a beachy vibe to it! Our beautiful beachfront condo is located at the Sian in Hollywood, Florida. Fully furnished and well-appointed condo offers direct access to the sandy beach just steps away. The unit, completely renovated in 2024, features modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living. - 24-hour security - Bedroom w. king bed - Den used as second bedroom. (Closed room without door. See pictures) full bed - Living room Sofabed. - Washer and Dryer on ou floor The space Beach Front, Gym, Game room, Pool, Volley Ball, Restaurants, Stores, Golf. Please note, if people are using the living room hide a bed sofa to sleep, the living room is very bright. Ideal to use a eye mask. Guest access Up on your arrival, please present your party to the front desk security for registration. Once registered, take the elevator to the second floor. You will need passcode to open the door of our unit. Once you are well settle down, you can take the other elevator, at the end of the hall for direct access to the back of the building and access to the beach or pool. Other things to note - Parking available but not included: Here are the new rates : 1 day - $20 2 days - $40 3 days - $45 4 days - $60 5 days - $75 6 days - $90 7 days - $90 8-14 days - $125 15 days-1 month - $175 (May change, to be confirmed on site with valet) - Magnetic key (fob) $30 charge to be paid at the front desk - You need to be over 21 years old and be present for the entire stay to rent this condo. Building security does verify id upon arrival to grant access to the building. - No pets allowed at any time (big or small). - This place is 100% non-smoking: Cigarette, cigars, marijuana, Vaping and or anything that makes smoke. - Cleaning is a one-time charge of $190USD (as shown in price details when booking). - Maximum 5 people are allowed for a stay. The condo offers 2 smart TVs (access to Netflix, Youtube...) plus some local channels.
