With 2 bedrooms and a 3rd room (den, see photos), it comfortably sleeps 6 guests max. in beds (1 king, 2 queens) and includes a private breakfast patio. Gumbo Limbo is a mini resort with 2 duplexes, sharing a heated black-bottom lagoon-style pool. Enjoy free parking (2 cars max), beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and Wi-Fi. The space Newly updated 2 bedroom plus den apartment, ground floor, offering max. 2 parking spaces (one car behind the other leaving space for pedestrians.). We newly renovated the apartment with new modern bathrooms, installed new recess can lights for beautiful lighting, installed all new window faux blinds etc. New quartz counter tops and 2nd flat screen TV's (living & master bedroom). All windows are Hurricane impact windows. Guest access The heated lagoon-style pool is shared by just our two duplexes and is conveniently located between the buildings. Guests enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, pool and sand toys. A high chair or Pack & Play is available upon request. Trash and recycling bins are behind the taller building on Calle Del Otoño, below the stairs. Other things to note Please call 2–3 days before arrival to receive your electronic key code. High Season (Feb–Apr): Saturday–Saturday rentals only. Pack & Play & High Chair available free of charge at Gumbo Limbo (reserve at booking). Max 6 guests, 2 designated parking spaces (no guest parking). Primary guest must be 26+ years of age. We don’t provide disposable items like laundry detergent. Starter toilet paper and garbage bags are included—please add the rest to your shopping list. Bring your own beach towels—everything else is ready for you! Our AC is set at a Florida-perfect 73°F, the sweet spot locals love. Paired with our ceiling fans, you’ll enjoy a cool, breezy, and super-comfortable stay—perfect after a sunny day on Siesta Key!
