Gumbo Limbo is a mini resort with only 2 duplexes sharing a black bottom lagoon style pool which is heated during the colder winter months. Free parking (2 cars max), beach chairs, sun umbrellas and Wi-Fi. Newly updated 2 bedroom plus den apartment, ground floor, offering max. 2 parking spaces. We just installed new flooring with new modern baseboards, also we repainted the entire apartment with a color named "Healing Aloe", installed new recess can lights for beautiful lighting, installed all new window faux blinds etc. New quartz counter and 2nd flat screen TV's in the master bedroom. All windows are Hurricane impact windows. The entire mini vacation resort (2 duplexes only). We offer complimentary beach chairs and sun umbrellas. Would recommend a car, you may rent a bike, or walk to beach, shopping and restaurants (Village.) Free Trolley ride on Siesta Key from 8:00 AM - midnight every day. - Please "call" 2-3 days before arrival to get the electronic key combination. - During High Season (February - April ) we rent exclusively from Saturday - Saturday only. No exceptions. - We offer a pack & play and a high chair (at Gumbo Limbo properties only) free of charge, but must be reserved at booking - Maximum 6 people, 2 designated parking spaces (sorry no guest parking) - Guests (main person who reserves and is in charge) must be 26+ years of age -Please note that we do not offer disposable items like: laundry detergent, dish soap, paper napkins, paper towels etc. You will get stated with toilet paper and garbage bags, but please put these items on to your shopping list. -Bring your own beach towels, everything else we have.
