Our home is designed for togetherness, enjoyment, and relaxation! LOCATION - 15 minute WALK (1 mile) to Kennebunkport Dock Square - 10 minute drive (2.2 miles) to Kennebunk Beaches - 15 minute drive (6.1 miles) to Goose Rock's Beach FAMILY FRIENDLY We have 4 children, so should have most of what you need. DETACHED OFFICE SPACE If you need to work on vacation...jump out to the private, detached, office space. LOCATION - 15 minute WALK (1 mile) to Kennebunkport Dock Square where there are great shops, restaurants, cocktails, & lobster rolls! - 10 minute drive (2.2 miles) to Kennebunk Beaches (Gooch's, Kennebunk, and Mother's) - 15 minute drive (6.1 miles) to Goose Rock's Beach - located in a small neighborhood with very minimal traffic FAMILY FRIENDLY We have 4 children, so should have most of what you need: - Great art room for a rainy day - Plenty of legos/games/puzzles, kids books, etc. - Swing set - Fire pit with marshmallow roasting sticks ready to go DETACHED OFFICE SPACE If you need to do a bit of work on vacation or just take a private call...jump out to the private, detached, office space fully equipped with: - desk - copier/scanner - strong internet connection Just bring your laptop! SLEEPING Plenty of room for sleeping: - Master bedroom (upstairs) - 1 queen bed - Upstairs bedroom - twin bunk beds - Upstairs bedroom - 2 twin beds, 2 trundle twin beds (both raise) - Downstairs bedroom - 1 queen bed - Additional twin blowup aerobed if needed - All bedding and sheets provided Baby/Kids: - pack and play if needed ADDITIONAL FEATURES: - Washer / dryer (laundry detergent provided) - All bedrooms with window or portable a/c (although it generally gets cool outside at night) - Toys, art room - Outdoor swings - Gas Grill - Private backyard with forest view - Wood shed with plenty of wood - Firepit with marshmallow roasting sticks - Fireplace indoor - Amazon Fire TV & Netflix w/ latest movies available for rent - Auto drip regular coffee maker w/ reusable filter - Sprinkler - 1 Single Bob running stroller - Whole House Generator (just in case) - if there is something else you need, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate Our goal is to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible.
