There is a pack and play in case needed for infants and toddlers. This home can comfortably sleep 14 people. There have been many a barbecue around the pool and room to play croquet or Boche (or any other outdoor games) in the private backyard. Enjoy board games in the living room or just watch some movies with the family. This whole home is here for you and is a very private residence. Wyat Acres is a wonderful sought after neighborhood in Lawton. It is a very well kept community and one of if not the safest neighborhood in all of the city. There are many restaurants and stores all less than a 5 minute drive from the home. There is enough onsite parking to park 2 vehicles comfortable and up to 4 in total. The pool is winterized and unavailable from November 1st through may 1st. Although it is open through October some days are a little chilly so come prepared. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door that records video and audio 24/7. It is only reviewed if concerns arise.
