Restaurants which are a 10 minute walk. Either the Jupiter Beach Resort or in Harbor Place, Tiger Woods Grill, Tommy Bahama and others. The space This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. Everything is new & modern and you can't beat the prime location! Additional features include a large screened patio just off the living room area, which overlooks the community lake. No old & frumpy furniture here, not in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property. Once you stay in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property, you won't want to stay anywhere else. Guest access Please note: Arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee. All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA.
