This beautiful estate property offers a truly unique experience that you feel as you are off in a far French country side but yet under 10 minutes drive to several things! Also if Vacationing in Southern CA you are just about 1.5 hours from all! La Studio Maison Blanc is the 900 sq ft studio apartment loft off of the main home of Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate but with private entrance. The space Upon entering the gates into the private courtyard you will immediately feel relaxed as you catch a peek out onto the property's vineyard and park like landscaping. The entry is a beautiful glass and wood door, walk-into the 1st floor with bathroom/vanity/and shower on your left, then up the flight of stairs to the loft 900 sq ft studio apartment complete with kitchenette, cal king bed, dining area, and family room. Kitchenette offers sink, counter space, island cart, coffee pot,small fridge, ice maker and microwave. The cal-king bed is brand new and adorned with all the best linens. The dining area is complete with bar height bar table for 4 to enjoy any meal while looking over to living area. The living area has plush love seat, chairs and tv. La Studio Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of 2 but can sleep up to 4 people with 2 additional roll away beds stored. La Studio Maison Blanc is surrounded by some of the most fabulous views you can find in the Temecula Wine Country. Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is ideally located at the beginning of the Temecula Wine country and so close to many amenities. One of Temecula's well known and top wineries is just a short 1 minute walk across the road and all of the wineries are a less then 10 minute drive. Want to venture out in to the city of Temecula? No problem, La Studio Maison Blanc is just 10 to 15 minute drive to Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, Promenade Mall, and less then 10 minutes from grocery stores and several in town restaurants & all Wineries. Don't want to drive yourself, no problem! We have Uber & Lyft Service in the area plus several wine tour companies! La Studio Maison Blanc is 1 of the 3 living areas on the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate. There is a main home and guest house that other guests could be on property during your stay. All living areas are private and not attached to each other. This Property can be rented with the Guest House & Main House for 1 big estate rental as well. Guest access Guest's are free to walk around the back of the property and sit on benches to look out at vineyard. Main House Patio and Casita Hot Tub Patio are not available for Studio rental. Other things to note This is a country area but very close to town, in fact you can walk to Starbucks. Let us know if you are arriving late so we leave lights on for you as the area is dark. We do only allow 1 car with each reservation.
