Enjoy a BBQ and a cold drink and watch the world go by. On the second floor is the King Size bedroom, TV and ensuite toilet. The linen is crisp and the towels are soft. The bedroom opens onto a second balcony from where you can enjoy ocean peeps and morning sunrises. The tiled bathroom with shower, additional toilet and soft towels has a copper basin and fittings and is located on the first floor. With one secure car parking space, handy Gym , heated pool and spa this stylish apartment will provide the perfect space to unwind and recharge. The secure parking is located right outside the front door to the apartment. On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool which is perfect for doing laps or just cooling off. Or you can enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. Please note the main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round. The private gym and beach access is at ground level. From here you can stroll around or up Mauao and/or enjoy a coffee at one of the many popular cafe's. A handy dairy and the hot pools are just across the street.
