Quiet seaside village on Kangaroo Island

Quiet seaside village with beach access and boat ramp within walking distance and a variety of wildlife, 10 minutes drive to Penneshaw for all amenities, home is a great place to relax and use as a home base to all attractions. The space House is newly completed so landscaping is a work in progress, however you do not come to KI to see gardens so house is very well finished with modern appliances for a comfortable stay. Guest access Bedrooms are available as per booking ie one/two people cannot use all bedrooms and bathrooms. If guests do not wish to share beds/rooms then additional costs apply - please contact host/owner to discuss Other things to note No foreign or menstrual items, grease or sand in septic system. Please conserve tank water. We recommend guests have travel insurance to cover any incidental costs associated with travel and accommodation arrangements.
