It is a beautiful architectural example of a pre-Civil War, brick, Federal-style, farmhouse and represents one of the 12 pre-Civil War brick homes still standing in Knoxville. Inspired by living in this unique home, the beautiful East Tennessee area, and from growing up in Asheville, NC, current owner, Anne Tillotson White allowed the perfect synergy between preservation and luxury. It is great for photoshoots and gives a nice living example of the type of transportation that was used in the 19th and early 20th centuries. -Tennessee Tri-Star Stable also has a large fire pit area with 8 adirondack chairs.
