Separate kids play area and enclosed back garden. Perfect location between Katoomba town centre and Echo Point lookout - both within easy walking distance. Electric vehicle charger available at the back of the property available for guest use. The space The 4 large bedrooms can each be configured to be single, double/twin or family rooms. Two of the bedrooms have sunrooms which can be used as additional sleeping spaces for larger groups. There is a rumpus room downstairs which has been set up as a play area for children or a teenager's retreat. This space can also be used as an additional sleeping area for larger groups, using the two futon-style sofa beds available. A large laundry is also available downstairs for guest use. Guest access Guests are given a unique code to our digital lock to get inside the house - no need to worry about losing keys! There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note There are 2 steps from the entrance to the house to the main living area, and 2 steps from the living area to the bedroom area, therefore not accessible for wheelchairs.
