Cozy South Bimini studio-style villa with dock

We are located in the beautiful neighborhood of Port Royal, South Bimini; home to locals and other private homeowners. Our home is a waterfront studio-style duplex with 100 feet of private dock, that sleeps 10: total of 4 queens and 2 sleeper sofas in each unit. There are also 2 kitchens and 2 full bathrooms. You'll be less than a minute away from the beach and a short drive to Bimini Sands Marina, The Thirsty Turtle, Small's Variety Store, the ferry dock, airport, and more. The space Our home is a split studio-style duplex with two units. Each unit is its own studio, in which the beds, kitchen, and living areas are all in one open space. Great for families or a couple of guys on a fishing trip! In total, our home has 4 queen beds and 2 full-sized sleeper sofas, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 full bathrooms. Guest access HOUSE LOCATION: 25°42'01.9"N 79°17'54.1"W Guests are allowed access to all areas of the home. Guests may access the home by lockbox. Other things to note * Supplies are limited. Bring what you need. There is a small grocery story on the island for essentials near the ferry dock. * Remember to bring mosquito repellant and sun block. * The local grocery store provides golf cart rentals. * Taxi service is available by contacting them on vhf 68. * Our dock has 50 amp shorepower connection. * Conserve Water! Many homes on the island, like ours, rely on cistern tanks that collect rain water, that is filtered for consumption. It is critical that you do not leave any water running so please remember to conserve water when turning on a faucet, running a shower, etc. There is no water at the dock. * The entire island experiences power outages from time to time which results in Wifi/TV disconnection. This is out of our control. * No smoking indoors.
