Three bedrooms with FOUR bathrooms and only a small number of steps to access means you will LOVE it! The bedrooms are very spacious, and two have en suite bathrooms and french door access to the back deck. The living area has two French doors to access the deck. Lots of windows provide a beautiful view, even from the inside. A TV is in the living area and in every bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have cushioned window seats (cushions not shown in pictures) that could be used as places to sleep for kids under age 12 or so. Twin sheets are provided in the condo for this purpose. Pet Policy: This is a Pet-Friendly condo! Be sure to let us know if you are bringing a pet. An additional $25/night and refundable deposit of $150 will be charged at the time of check-in. Max of 2 dogs under 40 pounds each. Deposit is refunded after passing a pet inspection. Guest access This listing is for an entire condominium in a building with five other condos. Private outside entrance. This condo is on the same level as the parking lot with six stair steps to the front door. One designated parking spot in front of the building; additional vehicles use unmarked spots in same lot.
