Guest access Guests have access to the entire property along with private garden. Easy and safe smart lock system for the front door. The PIN code will be provided to guests in advance for self check-in from anytime after 3pm. Other things to note SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure. CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay. Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required. We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in. PARKING Unfortunately there isn't parking on my premise however there is a paid car park just opposite the house (St. Clements car park). I would highly recommend 'JustPark' online for affordable, local, parking options. There is Thornhill Park and Ride (£4 per day for parking, up to 3 days) which is near to J8/M40. Then just 15 minute bus journey (bus number 400) to the house in St Clements. AMENITIES - Ground coffee is not provided for the coffee machine but can be easily purchased from local stores. - I am afraid the BBQ featured in photos is not included. STAIRS The stair case at the front of the property is steeper than regular stairs, if you have difficulties there is a bedroom at the back of the property with regular stairs.
