Seclusion and solitude in the pines The space This cabin is perched at the bottom of a sturdy metal staircase. Wind your way down through the meadow where you can hear the stream flowing year-round, to the sweetest little cabin and sit on the deck to observe the wildlife and pollinators. A few steps away is your own hot tub to soak in and watch the snowflakes fall. Just a five minute drive from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. Modern and polished kitchen with a coffee bar and solid wood dining table, hang out worthy living room, upscale mountain décor, all of today’s conveniences and plenty of lovely outdoor space in the natural surroundings of the mountain. One of our guest favorites, this cabin will imprint on your heart. Room details and layout  Main level bedroom with queen bed and hall bathroom  Upstairs has a queen bed and couches tucked in nooks to chill  Be aware, the stairs to the upstairs room are steeper than usual and you must watch your step You will have this dwelling to yourself along with plentiful outdoor space. It is possible to drive straight to the front door of the Hideaway but only from May to October and you must have 4-wheel drive. If you’re looking to book multiple properties close to each other, Cottage on the Stream, Hideaway Above the Stream, the Log Cabin on the Stream, and the Treehouse on the Stream are all very near one another. Other things to note AGE REQUIREMENT: Guest must be at least 25 years of age LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed on the reservation NO SMOKING or VAPING: Minimum fee of $500 NOISE AND CONDUCT: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. PARKING: Parking is restricted to designated spaces. No street parking. REFUNDS: Guest shall not be entitled to a refund in the event of early departure or events out of host’s control, including weather. WINTER CONDITIONS: November to April vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains. SENSITIVE MOUNTAIN SEPTIC: Flush ONLY toilet paper. HOT TUB: Use good judgement. If you overflow the hot tub, you may be charged for refilling. DAMAGE: Notify us and we will work it out. Don’t notify us and we will notify Airbnb. PETS: Unless property is designated as pet friendly and fees are paid, pets are not allowed. Minimum $250 fine per animal. We ask that all guests abide by the house rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. Violations may result in your reservation ending early.
