A funky 60's built 3 x 1 brick veneer home and the perfect location for beach holidays. Furnished a very comfortable holiday experience for up to 8 people. Ideal for 2 couples and 4 children. Free wifi & secure parking. Dogs welcome, but not on the furniture and bedding. A gas log fire and two air conditioners allow you to control the temperature in the house. The space There are 3 bedrooms. 1 king bedroom. 1 queen bedroom, the 3rd bedroom has a 1 queen sofa bed and 2 singles. The rear sunroom has a single bed with trundle. So, there are bedding options for up to 10 people, but we only permit Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note Salt 112 is situated on Middleton Road which links the city centre to Middleton Beach. It sits below Mount Clarence, and affords views of King George Sound and Lake Seppings from the rear deck. Salt 112 is approximately 3 kms from the CBD. A lazy 15 minute walk will have you on the white sands of Middleton Beach. A 20 minute stroll through the Mount Clarence/Mount Adelaide reserve will have you at the National Anzac Centre.
