Totally modern garden studio lives large -- full kitchen, lux shower, W/D, HVAC, smart TV, WIFI, parking! Enjoy a peaceful little hide-away in top North Park location. Walk to great restaurants, cafes, wine bars, micro breweries, fitness, farmer's market, galleries, shops, Balboa Park! We’re currently seeking longer term stays — 1 month to 12 months. The space This studio is one of five units in our North Park villa. We started with a raw space and created a fully equipped little home -- where we would want to stay when traveling. It's totally modern. A few steps down from the back garden. There's a complete compact kitchen with gas stove top, speed oven, microwave, DW, frig with ice maker, disposal. Bath with large, luxury limestone shower -- spa-like. Washer and dryer in the unit -- Mieles are nice and quiet! HVAC system -- You control your climate via a dedicated mini split. Smart TV, WIFI (500mbps). Stream content via your Netflix, Hulu and Pandora accounts while you relax or enjoy a light meal. Comfortable queen bed, cozy chair, dining/work table, plenty of storage. Gray-tone wide plank flooring, serene color walls (aqua), quality cabinetry, white quartz counters with glass tile backsplash. The backyard garden is just a few steps away -- Lounge around, cook on the grill, have a brew or coffee at the pub table, enjoy a game of ping pong, just relax in the serene open space. Parking in back (1 space per unit) and free parking on the street. This walkable North Park location really can't be beat. Guest access All the outdoor space is shared among 5 units (1-4 guests max per unit, depending on size) -- It's typically very quiet as most folks are out and about in San Diego! Other things to note We are very much aware that people misrepresenting their pets as Service Animals creates a hardship for individuals who genuinely require them. In California, Penal Code 565.7 classifies this as a misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. We’re locals, so we know when animals are on our property. If we believe your dog has been misrepresented, we will report you to our local authorities. We’ll also request that Airbnb cancel your reservation without refund, for a breach of our no pets rule. The same approach will apply for pets falsely represented as emotional support animals. Please note that this property is rented for mid to long term stays (1-12+ months), which are legal California tenancies versus short term lodging transactions. We may request an application, and/or require that a term lease be executed, in conjunction with the Airbnb booking. We work through multiple channels so property availability does not guarantee that we will accept your request. Please message us for availability and cost of your requested dates prior to booking! Actual rate will depend on the timing and duration of your stay. Summer season, holidays and events will have higher rates than system may automatically quote, and certain dates may require a longer stay. Additional cleaning fees will apply for long term stays. We cannot accommodate arrival or departure dates on July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day.
