Three luxury bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Players club & Spa included at the luxury resort in Lely. Downtown Naples and Beach is a 15 min drive The space Gated community in close walking distance to Lely Resort Pool & spa with state of the art gym and restaurants including Golf courses. Our home has all the amenities you would expect in your own home. Situated in a quiet elite community in Lely (Masters reserve) overlooking a pond. Sunny pool and outdoor area with a covered outdoor dining area. Loungers and sofa to read a book. Pool and spa to relax at the home. Private view/no other homes backing onto this property. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. It is a Private home in a Gated Community with its own secure entrance. Masters Reserve HOA rules do need to be complied with in renting the home. Open plan concept home with all amenities and luxuries included, pool and spa tub. Double garage for parking your car inside. 4 Bicycles to use. Beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers and towels. BBQ. Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee machine if preferred, Air-fryer, Crock pots fully equipped kitchen. Only thing you supply is perishables. We do not keep anything perishable in the home. Other things to note If you have a Pet - there is an additional $250 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or are not allowed to be left in the Lanai area unattended to bark and/or disrupt the quiet neighborhood. There is a dog park within walking distance. Note there are coyotes, alligators and other wild life. Your pet is your responsibility. Any nuisance or disturbance wont be tolerated.
