The Dependance in Matino, near Gallipoli, is a refined apartment for a vacation in a villa with pool a few kilometers away from the beaches of Gallipoli and the Ionian sea. The outbuilding consists of aliving roomwith dining area and adjacent kitchen,2 bedrooms(master bedroom and twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower. The sea a few minutes away In addition to the beautiful and authenticold town centre, Matino offers the the main services and it`s a few minutes` drive away from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast such as Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Torre San Giovanni and Pescoluse. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Shared Pool available from May to September. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. -The owner lives in the central body of the villa. -Presence of 2 dogs in the cage. - Air conditioning in the corridor. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 300 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
