The space “Adolfina” house, is a unique, modern and Nordic style house which was published in many magazines from José Ignacio and Punta del Este for its design. The house is a comfortable, spacious 2 floors building with 5 bedrooms (3 suites) and a service room (ensuite) which may be also used as an extra bedroom (6 in total). Has a total capacity for 12 or even 13 people. Total covered m2 = 300: - 200 in ground floor and - 100 square meters in floor 1 - Plot of 1.000m2 and nice garden. It has also a nice big heated - swimming pool of 8 meters long by 3 meters wide, surrounded by a wooden deck ideal to rest after a comfortable swim. Can be heated from October to March/April for extra charge. You can enjoy the garden with Ocean Views and José Ignacios’s lighthouse, while you do a typical "Uruguayan asado”. Probably it’s one of the best options to enjoy your wonderful vacations, and a great option if you’re looking to buy a perfect house in José Ignacio. Important/Extras: - Complimentary maid for stays longer than 7 days. For shorter stays, we can provide for extra costs. - Concierge services: provided if needed, pls ask to arrange activities, restaurants, chefs, and unique experiences.
