La hora de check in es totalmente flexible, pero hay que tener en cuenta que las llegadas a partir de las 21:00pm llevarán un suplemento de 30€ y 50€ a las llegadas a partir de las 23:00pm, que será abonado al hacer el check in. Se pedirá al huesped un depósito de 200 € el dia check in, que se devolverá el día del check out. Habrá que formalizar contrato de temporada a la llegada. Sera necesario presentar un documento de identidad. No está permitidas las fiestas, todo tipo de ruidos y fumar en el apartamento. No se admiten patinetes eléctricos en el apartamento. No se admiten bicicletas en el apartamento. It will be given back to the guest at check out. - It is necessary to present your ID card or passport for identification at check in time. - NO LOUD MUSIC and PARTIES ( please, respect my neighbours). - No smoking. - No other guests other than authorised by me. * If any of thouse house rules were broken, I shall be entitled to request the guest and the rest of people with him/her to leave the apartment without the right to claim any king of compesation.
