It is only a few minutes walk from the historic center of Lanciano, 10 minutes drive from the sea (Costa dei Trabocchi and Via Verde) and 30 minutes from the Majella National Park. The space The 3-bedroom Querce Apartment(next to Sole Apartment ) is 120-square-metre (+ a 67-square-metre terrace) and can accomodate up to 9 guests. All rooms have a door to terrace. A garage can be offered on demand, if available, but there are however free parking places in the 3000 square metre common area with flowerbeds and a fountain where children can safely play. It is in a residential area where the main shops are at a walking distance. The nearest supermarket, cafè and a gym with indoor pool are only 5 minutes walking away. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. Both from the basement and from the ground floor area there is a lift that allows guests to have access directly to Apartment Querce which is on the 2nd floor (next to Apartment Sole) Special offers in low season for couples at certain conditions to be agreed upon with the owner. Other things to note Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. The day is agreed with the guests at check in. As the arrival day is flexible, also changeoverday is flexible. A beach umbrella and chairs are available to guests during their stay. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but guests can smoke on the terrace.
